10th April - The Masters

Happy Masters week to all our loyal subscribers!!

This is a big week and Golfcerts have been treating it as such for a while now. Along with our 2 main picks, we have 3 each way picks done over the past few months and all of them have been slashed by the bookies since, as always we are several steps ahead of the game.

1st Pick - Tony Finau, Not too many tipping the big American but we think it could be Tony's time. Joint 2nd on last outing. If his putting goes well. Big Tones wins. Tony for the win

2nd pick - Hideki Matsuyama. Apart from Scheffler, nobody else is hitting the ball better than our Japanese buddy Hideki (as seen from our profitable week at the Genesis). Fancy him to give this a right go for his second green jacket. Go Japan.

Now onto the 3 lads we have back from some weeks ago...

3rd pick - Russell Henley. Being heavily tipped this week after a good result last week and his previous good form in the Masters. But we didn't wait until this week to get on Russell so as usual we are ahead of the pack. Already seems a good bet at 80/1.

4th pick - Si Woo Kim. Similar to Henley, most are only waking up this week to the fact that Si Woo is flushing the golf ball lately. Again, we are more astute in our betting than that. We got him at a nice round price of 100/1 and fancy a good each way chance at the least.

5th pick - Brian Harman. Feels wrong to go into the Masters without having some skin on a lefty. Harman going for back to back majors this week and the odds are not respecting him up to now. Should feel comfortable surrounded by deep south Georgia fellow redneck folk too,
